In addition to facials, we offer services, including upper body massages and hand treatments, all aimed at helping you feel pampered and luxurious. ● Customized Treatments: We tailor our head spa programs to address various concerns, including dry and oily scalp, clogged follicles, irritation, thinning hair, hair loss, breakage, dryness, shedding, heat damage, and split ends. Our treatments hydrate your hair, scalp, face, and hands. ● Natural Products: We use our exclusive Natural Royal Beauty Hair & Skin products, carefully selected and customized to meet your specific needs. ** Our goal is to help your hair grow longer and healthy looking. Private Spa Room: Enjoy the tranquility of our private, flatbed-equipped head spa room. 2. Scalp Analysis: We perform a thorough scalp analysis using a specialized magnifier to assess the health of your hair scalp and face. 3. Micro-Mist Treatment: We use steam to cleanse your scalp deeply and remove buildup. 4. Massage & Shampoo: Our soothing head massage enhances blood circulation irculation, followed by a refreshing shampoo. 5. Facial Treatment: Our facial treatments addresses facial analysis, anti-aging, redness, brightness, breakouts, dullness, and inflammation. As well as massage. 6. Hand Treatment: Rejuvenate your hands with our exfoliating scrubs (Sweetberry, coffee, or oat mask) and hydrating hand wax, leaving them soft and nourished ** Punctuality: Please arrive on time. There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after which your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.** • Service Duration: Each service lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the package selected. Spa Policies •Pre-Appointment Hygiene: Please shower before your appointment, as you will be wearing a half robe during the treatment. •Provided Amenities: For your comfort, we provide a robe, bedroom slippers, and a sleep mask. •Health and Safety: If you suffer from any scalp diseases or medical disorders, please consult your doctor before booking, as we may be unable to provide services. ** Unwell Clients: For the safety of everyone, please cancel your appointment if you are not feeling unwell.** ***Pre-Service Preparation: We do not work over another stylist’s work. Your hair must be taken out and ready for service.*** •Extensions: We can not perform services on clients with hair extensions, micro-links, sew-ins, etc. Your hair must be out and ready for service, except for Locs and Box braids. •Detangling: If you have had braids or protective styles, please detangle your hair before coming to your appointment, or you can book a detangling service. Failure to do so may result in appointment delays or cancellation. **Guests and Children: For a serene environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during your appointment.** •Payment: We are a cashless establishment. Please use Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for all payments. - Appointment Confirmation: To confirm your appointment, please call or text 301-806-0010. Cancellation Policy

Spa Cancellation Policy To ensure the best service for all our clients, please note our cancellation policies: • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. •Rescheduling: Deposits are only valid for the initially chosen service and cannot be transferred to other appointments. •Cancellations and No-Shows: A 35% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
